Working across three distinct guest tiers — Classic, Luxe, and Suite — we developed the full concept architecture, menu programmes, recipe systems, cost frameworks, allergen compliance, supplier partnerships, and training materials needed to deliver consistently elevated hospitality across international locations.
From the first strategy workshop through to on-site launch support at the Zurich trial, we worked shoulder to shoulder with the Swissport team at every stage.
