The Challenge
We worked with the founders and operators of L'Oscar during a period of transition
L'Oscar London was opened in 2020 in headquaters of the former Baptist Church. Designed by award winning interior architect Jacques Garcia.Chasing a Michelin star in the Baptist restaurant & winning awards for Luxury travel & design.
The Solution
We replaced the Kitchen team and succesfully operated all the F&B outlets. Building on the Hotel's fantastic repuation for inovative F&B. We rebuilt the kitchen brigade & set up training standards, SOP manuals & created a culture of enjoyment in the workplace.
The Results
Managed the F&B operation during the Christmas period including Cafe, Restaurant & Event spaces
Remodeled the F&B offering, creating a European bistro menu & improving customer frequency
Recruited a new kitchen brigade
