 He went on to establish and lead restaurants for Heston Blumenthal and Daniel Boulud working with Mandarin Oriental. Thereafter Stephen developed a boutique advisory and mentorship consultancy providing strategic services for many high-profile clients including Ralph Lauren, Burberry, Petersham Nurseries and Value Retail. In 2020 he retrained as an executive coaching psychology and became accredited in 2022. Now Stephen works with high performing hospitality executives across the industry for established brands like The Savoy (Fairmont Hotels) and Lendlease as a coach and mentor. The work focussed on supporting individuals and groups of hospitality professionals deepen their passion and connection to the industry and become the very best they can be.
